Shruti Thapar
Co-Founder and Head of Digital
Shruti is the Co-Founder and Head of Digital at The Anti Alias, responsible for creating strategies for the launch and execution of businesses online and offline.
Prior to The Anti Alias, she has co-founded 2 digital marketing companies and successfully worked with over 100 brands. Her digital marketing journey began in 2011 after she returned from the US and successfully launched a fashion brand online. Soon, she realised the growing power and importance of digital marketing. Eventually, she started her own company to help others struggling with their online presence.
She is a product of Chapman University in California where she acquired an MBA degree with an Honours Badge. Also, she has aced 3 digital marketing courses with Google and Hubspot.
Shivam Sood
Co-Founder and Head of Business Development
Shivam is the Co-Founder and Head of Business Development at The Anti Alias, he oversees and supervises the company’s activities to ensure they align with the overall goals. With his intensive knowledge and passion for marketing, sales and technology, he is a great asset for a sustainable growth of the company.
He graduated from Michigan State University in 2008 with a bachelor in Economics and Finance with Honours. Post his graduation he went on to work at a hedge fund in London and after completing a fruitful stint at the fund he returned to India in 2009 to start his own venture. He went on to start Heaven&Home.com (a rocket internet venture), and after a successful exit went on to start The Antialias, a leading UI/UX design agency in India.
Lark Aakarshan
Co-Founder and Head of Design
Lark is the Co-Founder and Head of Design at The Anti Alias, with his creative vision he makes sure to give the client a unique and timeless experience. He is an expert in User experience and interface design and has worked with multiple fortune 500 companies in his career spanning over 9 years.
He is an ex Pearl Academy professor of UX Design. He has mentored and taught many budding designers in UX/UI Design over the past few years. He has won several awards for his work over the years, and was recognised as the leader of the best digital design agency in 2019 with Pool Magazine.
Jimmy Singh Ahluwalia
Co-Founder and Head of Business in Europe
Jimmy is the Co-Founder and Head of Business in Europe at The Anti Alias, he is the key early stage investor and handles the clients for the company in the European market.
He brings with him knowledge and experience of over 12 years in various businesses spanning the globe. He is currently based out of Gothenburg, Sweden where he runs a successful angel investment firm.
